This project involved a full intervention on the vessel Chris Azul’s hull below the waterline. The scope included replacing hull plates, performing sandblasting to remove corrosion, and reinforcing critical structural areas. Nozzles were installed on the propellers to improve propulsion efficiency, and new handrails and a custom cabin were fabricated. Additional critical tasks were completed while meeting all established deadlines and quality standards.

The scope included keel repairs, reinforcement of the rudder and fairlead areas, and the installation of sacrificial anodes. Additional work was performed on the propulsion system, ensuring safe operational performance and extending the vessel’s service life.

The Gisela del Mar Azul project involved a series of structural repairs and maintenance tasks on the vessel’s hull. The scope included crack repairs, welding in critical areas, and improvements to the hull’s protective systems. Additional work included cleaning and restoration of components such as the rudder and deck structures, as well as the installation of sacrificial anodes to enhance corrosion protection.
